Intelligent lighting always provides the optimal light at the right time and helps to foster academic success through energy-efficient Human Centric Lighting. Different types of use also require the flexible adjustment of lighting to suit different situations.
Solution
HCL with offset light control and flexible switching of groups
By providing Human Centric Lighting that imitates daylight, the COMPACT APC30 HCL DALI-2 presence detector improves concentration during learning and much more. At the same time, the presence- and daylight-dependent light control offered by the SymbiLogic technology ensures energy-efficient implementation.
The various group scenarios can be accessed using a push button or switch: In scenario 1 of this example, groups 1 and 2 are active during normal teaching conditions. A control offset between the groups also helps to improve the use of daylight. In scenario 2, the room is divided up differently. This means that, during presentations, the lighting in the whiteboard area can be switched off while all of the other luminaires continue to be controlled by the offset.
